Use this guide to determine the appropriate Transfer Application for your needs.
(Transfer forms will be accepted on the first day of the filing period.)

(Check the SSFUSD Street Directory to find out if your address is part of our District.)

(Will require additional approval by the new district you wish to enter.)

 

When completing the application, please be sure that all information is true and correct. Be sure to respond to all of the questions and sign the form. If the application is incomplete, it will be mailed back to you for correction.

Return your completed application to the Drop-box located at the front counter of the Office of Attendance & Welfare.
