Infinite Campus University

To log in or create an ICU account, go to ICU.infinitecampus.com and register for any or all courses.

Lunch and Learn Sessions

ICU hosts Lunch and Learn sessions to teach you about new enhancements recently released in the product. They cover what these enhancements mean to your users and how they will improve current processes. These events are held after each new enhancement release is announced and are FREE to all Campus users.

Teacher Tuesdays

Teacher Tuesday courses are designed with teachers in mind and include the newest instruction module tools. These courses are offered once a month on the same week as the Lunch and Learn Sessions.

What’s Possible Wednesdays

What’s Possible Wednesdays go into short overview sessions on cool things you can do in Campus. These courses are offered once a month on the same week as the Lunch and Learn Sessions.

Core Course Webinars

Core course webinars are a great opportunity to learn how current and new features and modules function. Topics include Census, Report Card and Transcript Template Creation, Ad Hoc, and Data Analysis. A variety of topics are offered seasonally such as Scheduling, Posting of Grades and Transcripts.

One-on-One Training

If a new employee, a current employee, or a group of staff need basic or refresher training, then a personal one-on-one training is the perfect solution. Receive training from a qualified Campus Trainer to meet your individual District’s needs.

Fast Track to Training

Have your “how-to” training questions resolved quickly when calling our Campus Support toll-free number and selecting the Infinite Campus University subscriber menu option. ICU subscription holders are automatically routed to a designated trainer as high priority, giving you the personalized attention you need.

Training Bundles

Training offers special packages or bundles of training when more than one session is necessary to complete a module or different groups are involved in various areas. Districts can request the bundle and have different staff attend the sessions.

For example: Scheduling – Part 1 includes Calendar and Enrollment Roll Forward, which is typically for the system administrator. Schedule Prep is primarily for counselors. Finally, Scheduling is for master schedulers.

I would like to highlight an important part of our Infinite Campus support service.
