Welcome to the District Extended Day Activities Program Page!

Program Locations: Buri Buri, Junipero Serra, and Skyline Elementary Schools.

Program Hours:   7:00 am - 6:00 pm

Wait list for Kindergarten enrollment opens in February and enrollment will begin by the end of March.  Children must be enrolled in school prior to adding to wait list. 

The District Extended Day Activities Program is designed to provide before and after school services to children enrolled in TK - 5th grade in and environment that is safe, challenging, and nurturing.  The programs are on campus at Buri Buri, Junipero Serra, and Skyline Schools.  Children must be enrolled at the school where the program is provided.

 

Children may participate in a variety of activities offered at each site.  Both indoor and outdoor learning experiences will be provided.  There will be time for active play, relax, read, to do homework, and participate in various activities.  All children will have opportunities to learn and develop socialization skills through these experiences.

 

The Program is and enrichment based program providing activities designed to meet the interests, abilities, and needs of the children enrolled.  Our staff are District employees - Teachers and Paraprofessionals and trained in areas of Child Development, First Aid, and CPR.

 

A afternoon snack is provided for all children.  Snacks are provided by the District Nutrition Services Department.
