District Office celebrates Certificated School Employee Week

May 13, 2015

A delicious luncheon was enjoyed by all staff at the District Office. Board President Judy Bush sent her congratulations to all certificated District employees, thanking them for their service.

Thanks to Yvette Mindeguia, Linda Carrozzi, Cheryl Pollastrini,  Dr. Shawnterra Moore, Dr. Jacky McEvoy and others. In addition, a special "Gracias!" to our Cooks: Jeff Bonner and Ryan Sebers. We all appreciate the work that intakes to organize our BBQ Day.

Tutorials

You can access a variety of tutorials on how to use our core software products, like:

  • Infinite Campus
  • DataDirector
  • Microsoft Office
  • Aesop
  • and more...

These tutorials allow you to get the help you need, when you need it, and allow you to work at your own pace.

Local Help

Your campus has a technical contact that can help you with software questions.  They are called Curriculum Technology Integrators, or CTIs for short.  Your local CTI can help you if you get stuck using software and is usually your first place to look for help.  Find your local CTI here

 

Software Help

If you still need help or your CTI is not unavailable, you can send an email to HelpIT@ssfusd.org to open a help request for Instructional Technology.

 

Hardware Help

If you have an issue that is hardware related (computer. printer, phone, etc.) please send an email to helpdesk@ssfusd.org.to create a Technology ticket.
