LEP Training

This learning plan is designed for staff that enter LEP information or create ad-hock report using LEP data.

  • Program Participation LEP Tab
    The LEP tab allows schools and districts to manage Limited English Proficiency programs. This simulation walks through the process of entering LEP data for a student.
     
  • LEP Services
    This simulation looks at how LEP Services can be created at the state level and pushed out to districts for use on the LEP Services tab. It also goes through the process of adding and customizing LEP Services which can be selected on the LEP Services tab, as well as how to use the tab to record information for a student. 

     
  • LEP Accomodations Tab
    This simulation teaches users how to track and manage LEP Accommodations provided to a student during the school year.

     
  • LEP Accomodation Types
    This simulation will walk users through the setup of LEP Accommodation Types from 3 different perspectives: State Edition sites, districts who are linked to a State Edition site and non-linked districts.
    We are a non-linked district.

     

How to Find the New LEP Tab

 

 

PATH: Student Information > ProgramParticipation > LEP

LEP data is being moved off localized areas throughout Campus and consolidated onto a new LEP tab.

The LEP tab was created to provide a single standard area for managing LEP information and pulling data for state and federal reports.

NOTE: If a student is EO they do NOT need an LEP record.
