Understanding IDEA: Your Child’s Educational Rights
The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) is a federal law that guarantees eligible children with disabilities the right to a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). This includes:

Special Education Services for children and youth (ages 3 to 21)

Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs

Our Services
We offer a continuum of services to meet the diverse needs of our students:

Assessment & Evaluation: Identifying students who may benefit from special education services.

Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Developing personalized plans with families to set goals and determine services.

Specialized Instruction: Providing tailored teaching strategies and accommodations.

Related Services: Including speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and counseling to support goals towards accessing their instruction.

Transition Services: Supporting students aged 14 and older in planning for post-secondary life.
