Prequalification Requirements for Contractors & Subcontractors

Contractors of all tiers must be currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code § 20111.6. This qualification process is managed through PQ Bids and is required before submitting any bid, proposal, or statement of qualifications related to formal bids (AB2031) and CUPCCAA projects.
