At SSFUSD, we believe that access to technology is access to opportunity. Every student deserves the tools they need to learn, impact, navigate, and thrive — and our Technology Department works every day to make that a reality.

When the COVID-19 pandemic brought unexpected challenges to our community in 2020, SSFUSD acted quickly to make sure no student was left behind. We distributed thousands of Chromebooks, iPads, hotspots, and devices to students and families across the district so that learning could continue — no matter the circumstances. That commitment to our students hasn't slowed down since.

Today, our Technology team supports students, families, and staff by maintaining the reliable networks, devices, and systems that power learning in every classroom. Whether it's helping a student access their coursework, supporting a teacher with the latest digital tools, or keeping our schools connected and secure, our team is here to help.

We are committed to preparing every SSFUSD student to navigate an ever-changing digital world with confidence. By integrating technology thoughtfully into the classroom, we aim to deepen students' understanding of what they're learning, sharpen their critical thinking skills, and empower them to become creative problem solvers — ready to make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.
