For Verifications of Employment for Certificated Employees, including AB2534/Education Code §44939.5, please contact Veronika Roble, Personnel Analyst, Certificated, via email or call (650) 877-8725.
Education Code §44939.5 requires local education agencies to inquire, for each candidate for a certificated position, whether the candidate was the subject of any credible complaints of, substantiated investigations into, or discipline for egregious misconduct that were reported to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
