What We Do

We see every employee in SSFUSD as an educator. We believe our people are the fabric of our community—woven together by our diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Our collective impact is bound by our shared commitment to ensure educational equity and excellence for each of our students. We cultivate and sustain an organizational culture that values our people and our profession. We support our people to be their best professional selves. We evolve through continuous improvement, and we embrace change through innovation. We ultimately understand that our students thrive when our educators thrive.
