Complaint Concerning District Employees
For students, parents/guardians, or community members who have concerns about the conduct or actions of a District employee that are not addressed through another specific complaint process.
Williams Complaint
For students, parents/guardians, or others who have concerns about instructional materials, unsafe or urgent school facility conditions, or teacher vacancies/misassignments.
Title IX Sexual Harassment
For students or employees who believe they have experienced sexual harassment or sex-based discrimination at school or in a school program. Title IX complaints are handled through the district’s Title IX grievance procedures
Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP)
For students, parents/guardians, employees, or other interested parties who want to report certain violations of state or federal education laws, including discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying based on a protected characteristic
