Continuing Students / Annual Enrollment Update

Who Needs to Complete This?

All current SSFUSD students in grades K–12 who plan to return next school year must complete the Annual Enrollment Update (AEU) in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Annual Enrollment Update for 2026-2027 is open as of January 20, 2026

Submit the update as soon as possible, but no later than the first day of school - August 13, 2026.

What You’ll Need to Review

During the Annual Enrollment Update (AEU), you will verify and/or update:

  • Contact information

  • Housing information

  • Health conditions and medications

  • District notifications, expectations, and agreements

How to Complete the AEU (4 Steps)

Parents/guardians who need assistance completing the enrollment update process or logging in to the Infinite Campus Portal may contact their school's main office or read the following step-by-step instructions: Annual Enrollment Update Letter and Quick Guide

Step 1: Log In to the Parent Portal

Access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal (Also available via mobile app)

If you forgot your login, contact your school office.

Step 3: Review & Complete

  • Select your student(s) from the dashboard

  • Review all information

  • Complete required forms and agreements (Annual Notifications and District Policy Agreements)

  • Submit required signatures (Release Agreements)


 

Step 2: Open the AEU Module

  • Select “More” from the menu

  • Click “Annual Enrollment Update”

  • A new window will open

Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser.


 

Step 4: Submit

  • Submit your update as soon as possible

  • Deadline: August 14, 2025 (first day of school)

You may download or print a copy for your records.

Note: Changes cannot be made after submission—contact your school if needed.


Important Reminders

Currently in TK?

Students enrolled in TK must register as new students for Kindergarten.

Do not complete the Annual Enrollment Update.
 
Need Help Logging In? Contact your school office for username/password support.

Moved or Changed Address?

Your new address must be verified before completing the AEU.
 

To verify your address:

  • Bring a PG&E bill (in parent/guardian name) to your school, or

  • Complete a Residency Affidavit (English) / (Spanish) at the District Office

Once your address is updated in the Parent Portal, you can proceed with the AEU.
