Program Records & Documentation

The SSFUSD teacher Induction program maintains and retains the records of teachers who have participated in the program.

Participants may request documentation of their work through the BTSA office regardless of whether they have competed the program.

1. To obtain a transfer document or proof of completion, submit a "Candidate Record Request Form".
    
2. Send the completed form by e-mail to:
