Special Education
At South San Francisco Unified School District, we are committed to providing inclusive, equitable, and high-quality education for all students. Our Special Education Department partners with families to support students with disabilities from age 3 through age 22, ensuring they receive the services and support they need to thrive.
English Language Learners
The SSFUSD English learner (EL) team is committed to ensuring that the district's vision and mission are carried out with respect to our EL community. The EL team consists of a director of EL programs, a curriculum and instructional specialist, and six teachers on special assignments (TOSAs).
This team is dedicated to the implementation of the guiding principles and goals outlined in the SSFUSD EL master plan.
