Registration and Enrollment

The District Office and school offices are open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 AM - 3 PM.

Offices are closed on September 7 for Labor Day.

All Students must register at the local schools that serve their area of residence.  Please refer to the School Street Directory for your school assignment.  If you wish to transfer your child to another school, please see below for transfer information.

1. Find your School of Residence: To receive a registration packet, parents provide required documents to the school of residence.  Find the School that Serves Your Area of Residence

Parents who do not have a PG&E bill in their name can verify their residence by completing a Residency Affidavit at the District office and then bringing an approved copy to the school.

Registration hours vary by school site, check with your school for hours.

Transfer Requirements
  • Transfer applications are filed at the District Office, located at 398 B Street, South San Francisco
  • Transfer requests are not available for Transitional Kindergarten
  • Transfer applications will not be accepted after the close of the filing period
  • Approvals are based on space availability, with priority based on school board policy
  • After School Program placements do not affect transfer approvals
  • There are no updates regarding waitlists except to offer placement; waitlists do not carry over from year to year
  • Transfer request results are sent by mail; see Transfer Timeline below
