Eligibility Requirements

• Possession of a current preliminary credential
  
  
• Current employment as a full-time teacher with SSFUSD
  
  

Admissions Process

1. Submit an Admissions Eligibility Form.
   
   •  
   Single subject and multiple subject induction program candidates must also attach the following with your submission:
   
   
   • Copy of current credential (PDF or screenshot from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing)
     
     
   • Transition Document

     Include the transition document you may have completed at the end of your preliminary credential program or download this transition document.
      

     Please note that candidates who have partially completed an induction program with another district must also submit a transfer document from their previous program.  

      

     Additionally, educational specialists DO NOT need to submit any documentation when applying to the induction program at this time. 
     
     

2. Once the Induction leadership team reviews all documentation, teachers accepted into the program will receive an acceptance letter and an invitation to the SSFUSD teacher induction orientation at the beginning of the school year.
