Academic Credit
Participating in the SSFUSD teacher induction program is considered professional development, and participating teachers and support providers are eligible to receive academic units applicable towards advancement in the SSFUSD salary schedule through the University of the Pacific.
To claim academic credit:
- Contact Katie Duggan at kduggan[at]ssfusd.org to obtain a University of the Pacific (UOP) registration form.
- Complete the registration form* using the course numbers and titles below. Please note that providing your social security number (SSN) on the registration form is optional. The SSN is only required if you plan on claiming education credits for your taxes.
- Keep the pink copy for your records.
- Send the completed forms back to the the following address via SSFUSD pony mail or snail mail:

RE: UOP Registration

South San Francisco, CA 94080 - The UOP transcript processing center will send a final grade confirmation and a form for you to order an official transcript, after you have completed your work and after your payments have posted. This process will take approximately 5 weeks. You can also request an official transcript directly from UOP.
